Weekly Meal Plan, March 19

I was so excited to plan this week’s menu….I was able to plan out all our meals using things that I already had on hand!  That is a first for me 🙂  I did go to Aldi last week and stocked up on fruits and veggies, so I’m hoping that will last until this Wednesday…we seem to go through an awful lot of fruit and veggies in our house…not a bad thing 😉

Here’s our plan:

  • Corned beef, cabbage, carrots and potatoes
  • Sausage and broccoli pasta
  • Pork roast, roasted red potatoes, veggies
  • Spaghetti, meatballs, veggies
  • Chicken and rice, veggies
  • Breakfast…linguica, eggs and some sort of bread, with fruit
  • Eat out for our daughter’s birthday (here’s hoping that she doesn’t choose Chuck E. Cheese!)

  1. Great job Erin on using what you have on hand. We have not tried this with our weekly menu for a while. We might just have to give it a try soon. I don’t blame you for not wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheese. My kids are allergic to milk so we don’t eat pizza out much and when we do we order it without cheese. You really get a weird look when you order pizza without cheese.
