The Trimmy Bisque that I put on our menu plan last week was SO good! And I love how I was able to “hide” some healthy okra and superfood ingredients like MCT oil and nutritional yeast inside the soup so that my picky eaters didn’t know anything about them 🙂
This week, we’re going back to some yummy favorites, including the Cheeseburger Soup recipe that was a big hit a few weeks ago. My uber-picky son scarfed down two bowls of this, and didn’t realize that he was eating loads of cauliflower and squash.

Turkey and cheese on a low-carb wrap, berries (S)
Sesame noodle stir-fry (from the back of the Trim Healthy Noodles package) (S)
Tuscan Cream Chicken, broccoli (S)
Easy Pizza Casserole, salad (S)
Chicken Cakes, salad (S)
Cabbage Roll in a Bowl, WWBB (Wonderful White Blender Bread) (S)
Cheeseburger Soup, WWBB (S)
Eat at Chipotle for school fundraiser…I usually get a steak burrito bowl with brown rice (Crossover)
