Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend and are ready to start the week with a new fall menu plan!
I’ve been waiting for the real fall weather to show up and stick around, but it hasn’t happened yet. Yesterday was so hot and humid, I barely went outside, and only because we had to go to church 😉
That means I haven’t been able to try many of the soups in the new Trim Healthy Table cookbook, since it’s just too hot. Luckily, we are going to have some cooler weather toward the middle of the week, so I put one lonely soup on the menu.
My THM order did arrive early last week and so I was able to try the new Hello Health Sipper (YUM!), the Peanut Banana BAM cake, and the Peanut Butter Cookie muffins. All were great. (Evidently, I’m having a peanut butter craving…) I’m planning to try the Chocolate Moistess Cupcakes this week…basically, they are a Hostess cupcake knockoff.

Easy Pizza Casserole, salad (S)
