Happy Monday! Hope you had a wonderful weekend celebrating Father’s Day 🙂
The kids only have two more days of school left, and then we’ll be in full-time summer mode. I’m really looking forward to a less hectic schedule and doing some fun things together as a family.
I’m also trying to make meal plans that are a bit easier on me…things that are quick to prepare and clean up, so that I’m not in the kitchen too much.
And since it’s finally warming up, I’m getting out the grill twice this week, making my husband a steak for Father’s Day and cooking pork chops, which is probably my favorite thing to make on the grill.

Here’s what’s on the menu this week:
Eggs, berries (S)
Oatmeal, 1/2 banana (E)
Sprouted wheat pancakes, bacon, strawberries (Crossover)
Scrambled Eggs with cheese, bacon, berries (S)
Leftovers most days
Salad with canned tuna or leftover taco meat (S)
Turkey or ham and cheese in low-carb wrap (S)
Cabb and Saus skillet, deviled eggs (S)
Pork Chops on the grill, coleslaw (S)
Taco Night (taco-seasoned ground beef, cheese, sour cream and salsa piled on a bed of lettuce) (S)
Chicken Parmy, zoodles, broccoli (S)
Homemade pizza, salad (Crossover)
Steak on the grill, broccoli salad, Trimtastic Chocolate Zucchini Cake — Our Father’s Day dinner (S)
