After volunteering at our church’s Vacation Bible School last week, I’m ready to get back to a more normal schedule. I’m so glad that all the kids had a great time, but it was hard work shepherding 12 kindergarteners around each morning…they have a ton of energy!
My local grocery store had chicken breasts on sale this week, so I’m making a favorite chicken crock pot meal, as well as two of our new favorites, shrimp fried rice and zucchini ravioli. Our daughter loves the way the zucchini comes out in that dish, and so she doesn’t mind eating an extra veggie (yea!)
Here’s what’s for dinner this week:
Monday: Zucchini Ravioli, salad
Tuesday: Shrimp Fried Rice, potstickers
Wednesday: Kielbasa Skillet Meal, veggies
Thursday: Taco Chicken Bowls, rice, corn
Friday: Breakfast–eggs, bacon, biscuits, fruit
Saturday: Hamburgers on the grill, macaroni salad
Sunday: Eat Out
