Happy Monday to you! I hope you all had a great weekend. Ours seemed to fly by so fast…I can’t believe that it’s already the beginning of the new week!
We spent yesterday at Dover International Speedway watching the FedEx 400…it was a long, hot day, but we had a lot of fun:
Since we got home so late last night, I’m going to spend this morning unpacking and straightening up the house. But luckily, my menu plan is all ready for the week, so I don’t have to wonder what’s for dinner tonight! Here’s what we’re eating at our house this week:
Monday: Turkey Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, veggies
Tuesday: Skillet Wagon Wheel Pasta, salad
Wednesday: Oven Chimichangas, Spanish rice, veggies
Thursday: Skillet Shepherd’s Pie, salad
Friday: Breakfast for dinner–pumpkin bread, eggs, fruit
Saturday: Burgers on the grill, watermelon
Sunday: Eat Out
