Happy Monday again…doesn’t it seem like Monday was just here a few minutes ago? Ha! I’m not sure where last week went, but it sure left in a hurry.
We celebrated my husband’s graduation from college this past weekend…it was an amazing finish to a long, long journey, and we are all so proud of him around here.
It had just started to rain when we came out of the stadium, so we quickly posed for one picture, then dashed off to the car. Thankfully the ceremony was held indoors so that we didn’t get totally soaking wet!
Now that some of the craziness has died down, I don’t have to worry about making super quick dinners. This week we’re having some of my husband’s favorites, since it’s his special week, including some brats on the grill, now that it’s a bit warmer and we can cook outside 🙂
Here’s our menu for the week:
Monday: Spaghetti with Italian sausage, veggies
Tuesday: Baked Potato Bar – potatoes with cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, broccoli, salt and pepper
Wednesday: Sloppy joes, oven fries
Thursday: Taco Night
Friday: Breakfast for dinner – eggs, biscuits, sausage and fruit
Saturday: Eat Out
Sunday: Brats on the grill, potato salad, fruit
