Good morning! How was your weekend? Good, I hope. Ours was a little crazy, as usual 🙂
This week, we have a dentist appointment, piano lesson, orthodontist appointment and a church event, which I’m leading, so to say I’m already a bit stressed is an understatement 😉
I’m sticking with tried-and-true favorites for dinner this week, instead of trying out new recipes. Although some of these recipes take a bit longer than, say a crockpot meal, knowing that I can make them without having to consult a recipe card will make things easy on me.
Here’s what’s for dinner at our place this week:
Monday: Pan-fried pork chops, mashed potatoes, corn
Tuesday: Oven chicken fajitas, salad
Wednesday: Shepherd’s Pie, veggies
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner: French toast, bacon, fruit
Friday: Eat at church
Saturday: Pizza, salad
Sunday:BBQ Meatballs, egg noodles, broccoli
