Happy Monday! Are you ready for a new week?
This is going to be a full, but fun, week for us! We’ll be celebrating our daughter’s birthday…she’ll mark this milestone with the start of her orthodontic treatment (they’re putting in spacers to prepare for the braces in a few weeks). Our son is preparing for his first communion, so there are classes to take, and he’ll be helping to make the bread for this important day.
So again, I’m trying to make some simple meals for the week, including one of my kids’ favorite things to eat. It’s not too healthy, but it’s comforting.
By the way, the breakfast pizza I made last week was SO incredibly good! I think I may try to write it up for the blog soon 🙂
Here’s what’s on the menu this week:
Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, veggies
Tuesday: Ravioli, salad
Wednesday: Eat out
Thursday: Turkey Corn Chili, cornbread
Friday: Breakfast for dinner – eggs, Chocolate Chip Scones, fruit
Saturday: Eat at friend’s party
Sunday: Mac and Cheesedog Casserole, salad
