Happy Monday to you! I hope you had a great weekend 🙂
After a week filled with ear infections, strep throat, and 3 snow days, I’m looking forward to a more healthy and sunny start to this week!
I’m trying out a new-to-me recipe this week, as well as some good old family favorites. Here’s what’s on the menu:
Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli
Tuesday: Crock Pot Cheesy Tortellini, salad
Wednesday: Southwestern Layered Beef Casserole, veggies
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner – sausage, muffins, smoothies
Friday: Eat at church
Saturday: Eat Out
Sunday: Loaded Mashed Potato Soup, salad, bread

What’s for dinner at your place this week?
The cheesy tortellini dish looks delicious. I used to make a tortellini soup when we were first married, it was so good. But I don’t make it now since my family can’t eat dairy. Maybe one of these days I try making my own tortellini, so I can make it again.
I hope your family likes the new recipe and you all stay well.
It’s in the crockpot right now and smells SO good! I can’t wait to try it out later tonight at dinner.
I’m surprised that they don’t have a dairy free tortellini…with all the food allergies out there nowadays, it seems that they have a version of almost everything. If they don’t, I’m sure people with milk allergies would love to have a DIY version 🙂
I love how you have breakfast for dinner each week, but you switch up the foods you eat on that day. 🙂
Thanks Sandra! We do like lots of different kinds of breakfast foods 🙂
