Happy Monday to you! After a week of sleeping in every morning, I’m super tired today because I had to start getting up early again to get my hubby off to work and the kids off to school. (Staying up late to watch Downton Abbey didn’t help much either!)
In my big decluttering session last week, I came across some old Cook’s Country magazines that I couldn’t bear to throw out. While flipping through them, I saw a few recipes that I had been meaning to try, but never did. So this week, I’m trying out a promising skillet meal.
Here’s what’s on the menu for the week:
Monday: Split Pea and Ham Soup in the Crock Pot, bread
Tuesday: Pan-fried Pork Chops, stuffing, veggies
Wednesday: Peasant Pasta, veggies
Thursday: Skillet Italian Chicken with Orzo, veggies
Friday: Homemade Pizza, salad
Saturday: Eat Out
Sunday: Breakfast for dinner – bacon, eggs, Chocolate Chip Scones, fruit
