Good Monday morning to you! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and Father’s Day 🙂
We took much of Saturday to rest and relax and celebrate our Dad, and on Sunday we spent a great deal of time at church and church activities that I never did get around to my grocery shopping. That means I get to do it today 🙂
I’m going back to my eMeals menus this week, as I’ve pretty much gone through all the food that I had stored up in the freezer and pantry. Here’s what’s on the menu for this week:
Monday: Brown Sugar Pork Roast, Green Bean-Potato Salad
Tuesday: Chicken and Feta Pasta, Basil Green Beans
Wednesday: Grilled Sirloin Steak, yeast rolls and fruit
Thursday: Grilled Pork Chops and Peaches, Basil and Herb Couscous
Friday: Huevos Rancheros, Corn and Salsa Salad
Saturday: Eat Out
Sunday: Chicken and Artichoke Tortellini Toss
