Good Monday morning to you! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and Father’s Day ๐
We took much of Saturday to rest and relax and celebrate our Dad, and on Sunday we spent a great deal of time at church and church activities that I never did get around to my grocery shopping. That means I get to do it today ๐
I’m going back to my eMeals menus this week, as I’ve pretty much gone through all the food that I had stored up in the freezer and pantry. I love how easy and flavorful the eMeals dishes are, plus, with the Low Calorie Family Plan that is part of my subscription, I know I’m sticking to my weight loss goals.
Here’s what’s on the menu for this week:
Monday: Brown Sugar Pork Roast, Green Bean-Potato Salad
Tuesday: Chicken and Feta Pasta, Basil Green Beans
Wednesday: Grilled Sirloin Steak, yeast rolls and fruit
Thursday: Grilled Pork Chops and Peaches, Basil and Herb Couscous
Friday: Huevos Rancheros, Corn and Salsa Salad
Saturday: Eat Out
Sunday: Chicken and Artichoke Tortellini Toss

Your emeals plan looks delicious! The grilled pork chops and peaches sounds especially good. I have a recipe that uses pork chops and peaches but I haven’t made it in a while. I’ll have to find it and add it to our menu. Hope you have fun shopping. ๐
I’m taking a break from watching the World Cup to check out this week’s Menu Plans.
I had an eMeals subscription a couple of years ago. When I remembered to utilize it, it was great. So many wonderful resources for recipes these days.
Thanks so much for stopping by Rona! You are so right…there are many great resources for recipes today! It makes me thankful for the times in which I live…I know my grandmother didn’t have tools like we do, so her homemaking must have been a good deal harder.
Hope to see you back here again soon!
Your menu looks good, Erin. ๐ We’re having meatless meals and may end up having to grab lunch out one day this week.
Thanks Sandra! How is the meat-free eating coming along?
