Menu Plan Monday

Is it Monday again already? Whew, last week seemed to just fly by!

I spent all of last week at my church helping out with Vacation Bible School, specifically the preschool class, and oh did they wear me out! I was plain tired every night when we got home, so I cheated a few nights and ordered take-out 🙁

That’s why you might notice a repeat of a few meals on this week’s meal plan:

Monday: Chili Mac, veggies

Tuesday: Teriyaki Noodle Bowls, veggies

Wednesday: London Broil on the grill, salad, fruit

Thursday: Swedish Meatballs, mashed potatoes, veggies

Friday: Breakfast–egg, potato, and sausage skillet, toast, fruit

Saturday: Leftover buffet

Sunday: Burritos, chips and salsa

I’ll also make 2 loaves of chocolate chip banana bread with some leftover bananas.

    I love breakfast for dinner but decided maybe we were having it a bit too often when my youngest son told me that French toast wasn’t a breakfast food!

    I think we all have cheat nights sometimes. 🙂 And hey, it’s kind-of nice to have a headstart on the next weeks menu.

    Delicious looking menu. We have breakfast for dinner once a week and also have a leftover buffet. Enjoy the rest of your week.
