Good morning friends! I hope you had a great weekend 🙂 Here in Maryland, we had picture perfect weather…it was such a refreshing change after all those months of freezing!
This week, my kids are off from school (hooray!) and we are planning to spend some fun time together, dying Easter eggs, going to the library, planting flowers, and more. We will also be at church several days this week, so I’m making a few simple meals for those days.
Here’s what’s on the menu this week:
Monday: BBQ Pork Tenderloin, mashed potatoes, veggies
Tuesday: Homemade pizza, salad
Wednesday: Chicken Enchilada Casserole, veggies
Thursday: Burgers on the grill, salad
Friday: Breakfast for dinner
Saturday: Spaghetti, veggies
Sunday: Eat Out
For our Easter dinner, I’m thinking about Ham (of course) with potato salad, corn on the cob (if I can find some), asparagus, and cake.
We’ll also be making Banana Cake this week, and I’ll post the recipe for you in a few days 🙂
