Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend 🙂
We got more snow yesterday…on March 30th!!…so I’m trying to stay upbeat and think warm thoughts. Today is supposed to be 63 degrees here in Maryland, but they didn’t say anything about snow yesterday, so I’m a little doubtful.
I was able to stock up on some ground beef, Italian sausage and pork sirloin roasts at the grocery store this weekend…awesome prices, combined with Super Double coupons, made for amazing deals. So you’ll be seeing some meals made from those ingredients this week and next.

Some of my favorite things to make for dinners are quick and easy skillet meals or one-pot meals, and I was thinking about doing a short series of them here on My Mommy World…anyone interested?
Here’s what’s on our menu for this week:
Monday: Make-your-own tacos, salad
Tuesday: Spaghetti with Italian sausage, veggies
Wednesday: Roasted Pork Sirloin, mashed potatoes, veggies
Thursday: Chili Mac, corn
Friday: Breakfast for dinner
Saturday: Chicken Scaloppine, noodles, broccoli
Sunday: Eggs, French Toast, cantaloupe
