Hello friends! Hope you had a great holiday weekend 🙂 Monday is here again, and that means another weekly menu plan is needed.
This week, I’ve got 2 nights in which I’ll be out of the house, so I’ve included quick and easy meals for those days in my meal plan. I know myself…I’ll be too tempted to order take-out or go to the drive through unless I’ve got something very easy to prepare.
Here’s what we are eating this week:
Monday: Spaghetti, Meatballs from the freezer, frozen veggies
Tuesday: Pork Chops, Hashbrown Casserole, frozen veggies
Wednesday: Taco Chicken Bowls, Corn
Thursday: Lasagna Casserole, salad
Friday: Breakfast for dinner: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins, scrambled eggs, fruit
Saturday: Eat Out
Sunday: Hamburgers on the grill, Corn on the Cob and Fruit
I’ll also make some Chocolate Chip Banana Bread this week.
