Happy Monday! Are you all ready for a new week? I know Mondays aren’t the most fun days of the week, but with our menu for the week all ready to go, it makes starting a new week a little less painful 😉
We had the busiest weekend this past week, and I didn’t get to cook very much, since we always seemed to be out around dinner time. We opted for pizza one night (so totally off-plan!), and a solid S salad bowl from Chipotle last night.
Little slips like pizza night are making it harder to get past the weight I’ve been at for the past several months. It’s really my own lack of self-control that’s the problem, but the kids are always asking how much longer I’m going to be on my diet because they don’t always like the food we eat. So it’s a bit harder to stay on track 🙁
Luckily, this week we’re having some of their on-plan favorites, and I’m planning for lots of leftovers to eat for lunches, so I should have a solid week on plan, making for a good jumpstart 🙂

I’ve taken most of my dinners from the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook and the Trim Healthy Table Cookbook (affiliate links). We’ve been using the THM cookbooks for practically all our meals for the past few months and we love everything we’ve tried so far.
