Good Monday morning to you! How was your weekend?
We had a busy weekend with birthday parties and Halloween festivities. This week also promises to be busy, so I’ve made an easy menu of dinners to be able to get a meal on the table in a hurry every night. Last week I didn’t quite follow my menu to the letter, so you’ll see some of the same meals show up on this week’s plan, since we didn’t get around to eating them.
Here’s what’s for dinner this week:
Monday: BBQ Meatballs, Rice, Veggies
Tuesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Veggies
Wednesday: Pork Chops, Roasted Butternut Squash, Green Beans
Thursday: Breakfast: eggs and scones
Friday: Eat Out
Saturday: Eat Out
Sunday: Turkey Corn Chili, tortilla chips, cheese, and sour cream
