Happy Monday! Got your menu plan ready for the week? If not, then feel free to copy mine 🙂 Having a menu plan for the week makes meal time so much easier, especially on the days you don’t want to cook.
So last week was the craziest week for us in terms of schedule…we had something to do every night of the week, and most nights, we had two things, with my husband taking one kid to one event, and me taking another kid to a second event. It’s a miracle we made it through, and an even bigger miracle that we made it through without eating out.
This week is much, much less busy, so I’m taking a bit more time with dinners. It’s also a bit cooler this week, so I’m going to use the oven once or twice, since it won’t heat up the kitchen too much.
I’m happy to report that last week I lost those 4 pounds that I had gained the previous week. Getting back to the gym more regularly now that the kids are in school has helped, plus it’s easier to stay on plan when I’m eating by myself 🙂
