Good Monday morning to you! It’s early, but I’m up and ready for the week with my menu plan!
Well, I made it through VBS week last week, although we did eat out one one extra time than I had planned 🙁 The kids had a great time again this year, especially because so many of their friends attended with them. I’m just happy to get back to a more normal routine this week.
We’re expecting another round of very hot weather again, so I’m planning to make mostly skillet and crockpot meals this week. I’m trying out two new recipes that I found on Pinterest, and if they taste anything like how good their pictures look, then I’ll have a happy family on my hands for dinner 🙂
