Menu Plan Monday

Good morning mamas! Hope you had a good weekend and that your Monday is off to a good start! We had some great weather this weekend, so we worked in our yard, pulling weeds…which have suddenly sprung up everywhere…and tidying up flower beds and laying down fertilizer on the grass.

Get a jump start on your week by making a menu plan!

I was pleasantly surprised to have lost 1.8 pounds last week, making my weight loss total 33 pounds. These last 15 pounds are coming off super slowly, so I was happy to have lost almost 2 pounds last week. I did up my intake of Good Girl Moonshine and the Singing Canary sipper over the past two weeks, and I wonder if perhaps that’s why I did a little better on the scale. I’ll keep that up this week and hopefully see another pound or two gone ๐Ÿ™‚

Here’s what’s on the menu this week:

Breakfasts

Strawberry Big Boy Smoothie (FP)
Sprouted grain toast, cottage cheese, cantaloupe (E)
Scrambled Eggs with cheese, sausage, berries (S)

Lunches
Leftovers most days
Light Progresso Soup, 2 Wasa crackers with light cheese (E)
Tuna salad on pita, salad (S)

Dinners
Sloppy Joes, Sweet Creamy Coleslaw (S)
Taco Chicken Bowls, jasmine rice (E)
Reuben in a Bowl, salad (S)
Lasy Lasagna, broccoli (S)
Choc Skinny Chip muffins, bacon, berries (S)
Bangin Ranch Drums, salad (S)
Eat out (S)

I’ve taken most of my dinners from the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook (affiliate link). We’ve been using this cookbook for practically all our meals for the past few months and we love everything we’ve tried so far.
