Happy Monday! Are you surviving the daylight savings time change so far? I’m amazed at how tired that one little hour can make me…I definitely had a hard time getting up this morning!
So, after several weeks of back and forth on the scale, I’m happy to say that I lost a whopping 3.5 pounds last week, finally pushing me over the 30-pounds-lost mark. I made a big effort to stick to the Trim Healthy Mama plan that I’ve been following and it paid off!
I’m a little scared to get on the scale today, however. We ate out several times last week and I didn’t always stick to plan 100%. I did get quite a bit of extra exercise though, walking with my son’s scout pack during Scouting for Food and working with my husband on the front yard, prepping the ground for new grass seed. Hopefully that will offset the pizza crust I ate 😉

Sweetie on Steroids (a sweet potato dish from the THM Cookbook) (E)
Reuben in a Bowl, broccoli (S)
Chicken Parmesan (with on-plan breading), broccoli (and spaghetti for the kids) (S)
Turkey Corn Chili, on-plan corn muffins (E)
Salisbury Steak, mashed cauliflower, green beans (S)
Cajun Cream Chicken, salad, noodles for the kids (S)
Taco Night (S)
I’ve taken most of my dinners from the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook (affiliate link). We’ve been using this cookbook for practically all our meals for the past few months and we love everything we’ve tried so far.
