Menu Plan Monday

Good morning! Hope you had a great weekend ๐Ÿ™‚ We woke up to a bit of snow on the ground this morning…it’s supposed to continue snowing throughout the day. Perfect for a cozy day in front of the fire.

Get a jump start on your week by making a menu plan!

We did much better sticking to our eating plan last week. But I still lost half a pound during the previous week that I ate a few too many cheat foods, which was a nice surprise! I’m now about 21 pounds away from my goal weight…hopefully I can lose a chunk of that this week ๐Ÿ™‚

If you’re wondering how we did on Valentine’s Day, take a look at the yummy on-plan cake that I made last night to celebrate, which I posted to my Instagram account (I’d love it if you’d follow me there):

  1. You had snow today. My kids would have loved that. Our weather is already warming up, it’s going to be in the 60’s today and no rain. I might be able to plant some lettuce in the garden and get the peas in too.

The grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch sound good we haven’t had that in a while. I hope you have a great week.
