Good morning and happy Monday! It’s back to the real world today, as the holiday vacation is finally over and we all get back to our regular routines.
If you’re wondering whether or not we stayed on the Trim Healthy Mama plan over Christmas, the answer is that we did, with a few cheats here and there. It was pretty easy to stay on plan, as there are so many plan-friendly foods and recipes available, but I did enjoy a Chick-fil-A milkshake and some regular waffles, as well as a few other treats, during the week. It set me back 1.5 pounds, but I feel like that is a miracle when I think about how much I’ve gained during other Christmas seasons 😉
