Good morning and happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! Can you believe that Christmas is only 11 days away? I’m still not done with my shopping and I haven’t even wrapped one present yet…but I do have my dinners planned out for the next week, so that is one less thing to worry about!
I’m so excited to tell you that I have passed 20 pounds lost on the Trim Healthy Mama plan, as of last Monday! I can’t quite believe it just yet…that I was able to lose this much weight during Halloween, Thanksgiving and the Christmas season (or as my favorite fitness instructor calls it, the Eating Season).
There are still 30 pounds to go, but I’m confident that I will reach my goal because I’m able to eat so many foods that I love, and because there are so many wonderful substitutes for things like sugar in my coffee and special baking blend for things like muffins and cakes.
If losing weight is going on your list of New Year’s resolutions again in 2016, you might want to consider THM. I’m planning to write more about it soon, so if you’ve not subscribed to my free blog update emails, you can do that now (and you’ll get a free copy of my DeStressing Motherhood eBook!)
Here’s what’s on the menu this week:
