Good morning! Is it Monday already? The weekend just flew by…hopefully the week will be a little quieter 🙂
I lost another 3 pounds last week, thanks to the Trim Healthy Mama style of eating that we’ve been doing. I’ve lost a total of 17 1/2 pounds in the past 9 weeks, which I’m just so thrilled about! I’m hoping to lost another 10 pounds in the next month, in time for my dad’s Christmas visit…we haven’t seen him in over a year, and he just might not recognize us when he gets here, we’ll be so much smaller 🙂
Here’s what’s on the menu this week:
Eggs with sausage
Toast with cottage cheese and fruit
THM Pancakes with sugar-free jam, fruit
Oatmeal with Oikos 000 yogurt
Leftovers most days
Tuna salad in a low-carb wrap
Strawberry Big Boy Smoothie
Meatloaf, mashed cauliflower, green beans
Cabb and Saus Skillet, salad
Bangin’ Ranch Drums, salad
Chicken and Broccoli stir-fry, brown rice
Turkey Corn Chili, corn muffins
Trim Zuppa Toscana, grilled cheese sandwiches on low-carb bread (regular bread for the kids)
I’ve taken most of my dinners from the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook (affiliate link). We’ve been using this cookbook for practically all our meals for the past 8 weeks and we love everything we’ve tried so far.
