Happy Monday Mommies! Hope you had a great weekend 🙂 We spent a good chunk of time raking leaves this Saturday, but didn’t even get to the backyard, which is a much, much bigger job. Oh well, at least the front yard looks clean.
This week our menu is full of quick-cooking Trim Healthy Mama meals, since we have a lot going on after school on several days. It’s so nice to have a meal that is both healthy and easy to get on the table quickly on a busy night so that we can avoid the drive-thru!

Oatmeal with Oikos 000 yogurt

Tuna salad in a low-carb wrap

Chicken Fajitas in low-carb tortillas, salad
Slim Sloppy Joes, coleslaw
Eat at church
