Happy Monday! Hope you had a great Halloween 🙂
I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t be sad if Halloween was cancelled next year! Oh, that sounds grumpy, doesn’t it? Well, after a parade at school, a clown show and trick-or-treating at our town center, Halloween costumes and fun at Cub Scouts, a neighborhood Halloween gathering and the regular trick-or-treating around our neighborhood, I’m all Halloween-ed out!
Here are my little trick-or-treaters after making the rounds…we had a police girl and Optimus Prime (who took his costume very seriously).
On the menu this week are some of the Trim Healthy Mama favorites that we’ve come to enjoy over the past few weeks. I’m at a total of 14 pounds lost so far, and my hubby has lost 20…not too bad for 6 weeks on plan!
My husband is celebrating his birthday this week, so I’m making him a THM Chocolate Cake. I’ll post a picture of it on my Instagram account when we cut into it, so make sure you’re following me if you want to take a peek at a chocolate cake that you can eat while losing 2 pounds a week 😉

Tuna salad in a low-carb wrap
Chili at neighborhood Halloween gathering
Steak on the grill, mashed cauliflower, green beans
Tilapia, brown rice, green beans
Pizza made on low-carb flatbread (regular crust for the kids), salad
Salisbury Steak, mashed cauliflower, broccoli
Meatballs with Zucchini noodles (regular spaghetti for the kids), salad
Taco Night (with low-carb tortillas)
