Like many moms, I have trouble managing my weight.
After gaining approximately 60 pounds with each pregnancy, I needed to lose weight after my last baby was born. But for the longest time, I was in survival mode with my infant and toddler, and had little time to sleep, let alone plan healthy meals and exercise.
Fast forward 4 years, that tiny infant is now in preschool and my toddler is a 2nd grader. We are all sleeping through the night, and I even make time to go to the gym 4-5 times a week.

While I’ve been blessed with kids that usually eat most of what I prepare for them, there are still foods that they will not eat. I’m not trying to make excuses or blame my kids, but if my family won’t eat what’s prescribed on the diet plan, that means I have to make 2 or 3 different dinners each night and I just don’t have the endurance for that.
