As a mom, one of the things I’m concerned about is that my kids eat a variety of healthy foods so that they can grow up strong and fit. Unfortunately, most of the time I can’t just stick foods in front of them and expect them to actually eat.
Yep, I’ve got a couple of picky eaters at my house…I know you can all relate!

When I was young, I spent a lot of time at my grandmother’s house. I have wonderful memories of learning to how to bake, how to make her famous spaghetti sauce, and how to wash dishes in her kitchen.
