4 Weeks to Fill Your Freezer: A Freezer Cooking Challenge

bags of frozen food in a freezer compartment

On days when I don’t feel like making dinner, or if my husband has to leave super early for work and needs a portable breakfast, freezer cooking saves the day! I can pull a ready-made casserole out of the freezer, pop it into the oven, and voilà, dinner is ready.  I also try to keep frozen breakfast burritos or egg muffins on hand for my husband to take to work.
