Take a break from meal planning by using make ahead freezer meals. This freezer cooking challenge will leave you with several meals worth of breakfasts, lunches and dinners and are perfect for those on a budget. These easy freezer meals will save you tons of time and ensure that you eat out a lot less. They are also perfect to give to new moms too!

On days when I don’t feel like making dinner, or if my husband has to leave super early for work and needs a portable breakfast, freezer cooking saves the day! I can pull a ready-made casserole out of the freezer, pop it into the oven, and voilà, dinner is ready.  I also try to keep frozen breakfast burritos or egg muffins on hand for my husband to take to work.
