Happy Monday! Are you ready to kick off the new week with a healthy menu plan?
I’m getting a late start this week on my menu. We had a super busy Saturday, and I couldn’t get my meal plan and grocery lists made up until Sunday afternoon. I then got online to place my grocery order, but didn’t realize until after I had spent a good 30 minutes entering all my items, that they didn’t have any times available for pick-up until today.
So I had to rummage through my pantry and fridge to come up with enough to make breakfast and lunches for the kids’ school day this morning. We managed to have a nice breakfast and lunch, but I’ll be happy to get my groceries later today!
