I recently set a goal for myself to complete one scrapbook page per week to attempt to catch up on my HUGE pile of planned scrapbook pages.
I had planned on doing last week’s page over the weekend, but The Help threw a wrench into that plan! 🙂 So I finished one yesterday while the kids were napping.
I had ordered a Halloween/Thanksgiving/Fall kit from my Close to My Heart consultant back in the fall and I am now just getting around to completing the pages. See, I told you I was behind! 😉
Here’s how the first one turned out….
I love the stamp set that came with the kit! Very, very cute stuff. The tutorial called for stamping out the word “night” onto some orange cardstock and then cutting out the letters and adhering them individually on the page. I didn’t have any letter stamps that would fit in this space, so I just stuck the paper into my Cricut and cut the letters out with my Opposites Attract cartridge.
I’m now working on a fall layout that features a “jumping-in-the-leaves” playdate that we hosted for my kids’ friends back in the fall. I’ll post that as soon as I’m done!
Have any scrapbook projects that you’d like to share? Put a link to your page in the comments below….I’d love to check them out!
